Ok, turn 47 hosting has been delayed four hours to 23:55 GMT Wednesday.

It seems reasonable to go to 48 hour quickhost. If no one objects I'll make the change for turn 48.

I'm for 48 quickhost. My vacation is about to end.

I find myself spending about 2 h on a turn. Probably because I still have vacation, but I don't think I could get them down below 1 h, unless I rushed them through. I might be a bit of a micromanager, but still ...

How do people manage to play more than one or two games at the same time by the way? Don't people have better things to do than play dominions

I'm quite impressed with the speed of the game. Sad that there were some stalers.

I want to thank you all for the game, before any more turns AI or leaves. I've had a very good time so far. It has brought the joy of dominions back

I haven't played for so long, I almost had forgotten how fun the game can be. I have also learned a lot, and gotten useful inspiration.

Is anyone here interested in AAR's or sum ups, look at my turns afterwards or something? I wouldn't mind sharing or looking at others turns when the game is over. I still have my .trn files from the last 20 turns or so in my mail.

Unfortunately, I have gotten rid of my first 20 or so. A bit of a pity, since they were quite crucial for my currrent developments. So a it wouldnt be a very good AAR.

Cheers Kristoffer O, it has been a pleasure and honour to be able to play in the same game as you, although I haven't bumped into the Lawgiver yet I have enjoyed the RP surrounding him.

I am sorry to see you go. Just finished reading the thread last night to get muself up to speed, and I found myself reading the Lawgiver's words again and again. Hope we meet again soon.

Methinks that even a being from the Celistial Sphere such as I could learn much from such a one...

I've checked again, I actually have some early turns in my mail, so it might be possible to write or share some thoughts. Not sure it the turns are the more interesting ones, I will have to check when the game draws to en and for the Lawgiver (or the world

).

Glad to hear you've enjoyed the game so far Kristoffer. Getting you keen on the game is very good news for us!

An AAR would be awesome too. There are actually very few of them around, oddly.

Well, I'll be...

You'll probably have noticed from the ruckus I raised yesterday that I managed to stale my turn... more or less. Here's the story of what really happened:

I played my turn without being in any rush, finished it, and mailed it to the server. Then I went into the kitchen, grabbed an apple, ate it, (estimated time: 3-4 minutes) and came back to the computer to check my gmail, where I found out the latest turn had already been sent. I cursed, I checked the latest messages, and noticed that the hosting wasn't scheduled at 23.00 anymore. So I came to the forums to vent, and then crawled into bed.

Today I download the new turn (and bemoan my bad luck about just missing the host once more), and after a quick peek at the forums start up dominions and the Armadillo game.

Where I notice that all my orders have been given.

So... I appologise to all of you for the loud noises I made, and props to Llama, for running the server that hosts quicker than his shadow.

Or at least quicker than my numb brain can comprehend, apparently.
