Range Check Error problems

ISTR that the problem davetox1 describes was (mostly) limited to Dell laptops.

I have tried rebooting reinstalling and i still havent been able to get rid of this problem. I took controll of the race that i thought was causing it and I was able to get past many turns with no problem, but as soon as I turned the AI back on and ended my turn "Range Check Error" and the game was locked up.

Turn the AI on one minister at a time, and see who's fault it is.

I turned the ministers on one at a time and i still didnt get the error until i completly gave control back to the AI and ended my turn
