I've had the most luck adding things in my USMC OOB with regards to aircraft and helicopters. You'll notice in the change file for the USMC OOB, there are dramatically fewer changes then there are for the Army OOB.

Well I can give you bits and pieces but nothing comprehensive.
Part of the problem is there were several changes, experiments, and upgrades done during the 1962-1969 period. So although there was a paper TO&E (which is what I'm looking for) the TO&E actually used varied not only from year to year but in some cases from unit to unit. Given your project I suspect you're more interested in what was used as opposed to what was on paper.

Yeah, I am, but a paper base is a good place to start from. I might find some time to do some searching and work on the project this week, but school starts Wednesday and I'm gone every weekend from now until the weekend of the Sept 15th, so who knows.
