I'm fairly certain that the TDM modpack has some decent AI's for the Amon'Krie, Jraenar, and Norak...

I'll surely download the latest TDM soon, then.
Is it compatible with normal game? I mean, the AI scripts work as fine in classic like in the mod?
I dont like mods too much... not untill i improve in the normal game.

The modpack is 100% compatable with standard v1.49. That was the whole point of the mod; making competative races without altering the game mechanics any. They have done an excellent job. I never have beaten a couple of the AI's in it.

The word of caution about TDM pack. Due to one nasty SEIV bug (fixed in Gold), do not use "random empire generation". Load AI empires from .emp files. Yes, it removes the the uncertainity about who you will play against, but allows AI races to use all allocated race points.
