Weird Worlds Mac OS X patch (take 2)

Seems to work fine for me so far.
The sounds still glitches a little bit, but i always has on my machine.
Tiny little clicks and pops, even on the main title screen when the alien guy appears (in fact it almost always happens then).
This is sometimes accompanied by a tiny glitch/pause in the graphics too. It's annoying, but I've always lived with it. Does anyone else still get this?

p.s.
Using Mac OS 10.4.10 on a 1.5 GHz G4 PowerBook, 1GB RAM, ATI Mobility Radeon 9700 with 256 MB VRAM.

@Ace: i am using 10.4.10 on the same machine. No sound problems ... Graphic glitches only occur if my computer is doing something else while i play, e.g. sorting spam out of my mails. Try to quit some applications or check in the terminal that more that 70% cpu time are idle before you star playing ( command is "top" )

any updates for Intel Mac? i can't play any mods. they all crash the game during the ship combat on the main menu screen (ship explosion, i think). only mod that doesn't crash the game is "Absolute Warfare."
