I would probably suggest fielding both chariots and the snakes, afterall they are ndead troops of the nation. Where would they battle morales be if they are not assited by the familiar presence of... even undead snakes to march behind the main lines of the armies.

iirc they are mindless and never rout ? and dont think the wyrms have standards...
