where is it available?
or is SE4 Gold fully updated on the cd disk I just purchased?

SEIV Gold on the disk is Version 1.60. No new patches have been released yet (to us non-beta testers, anyways).

so other than what was stated below.. is there any stratgey guides or any sort of faq/hints/tips tech tree guide/ unit guides available?

Ive searched the net high and low.. and havent come up with much.

There are many files containing stratigies. Even a few that have EXCEL mods for the Tech Trees.

In the mean time, download the Dubious Strategy Guide and see if that helps you.
