 I'm not sure about killing them, but I do know that you can send them to hell via one of the level 9 blood spells and they will not come back until/unless they can find their way back.

 I killed a Doom Horror unscripted with a lucky Disintegrate.  I think it was the big bug, it definitely wasn't one of the multi-form horrors.  I'm pretty sure they do not suffer perma-death.  
 If you can't cast Returning or Infernal Prison, then lots of penetration plus Charm or Disintegrate could work.

 They act just like Bogus. There can only be one of each around at any given time, but if and when they are killed, they will sooner or later reappear. They should retain all afflictions, though. |
