Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
I won't bother you guys with any more updates after this one. But on the blood druids I was 4 for 5 with Oreiad seduction. And I just grabbed a W1D1H1 Bakemono shaman, hello Dark Knowledge!
So, 5 for 6 on the seduction attempts ... maybe they have been boosted?

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
I find that seducers have an easier time with mages than with even the standard indy commander. It gets lonely in the lab, I guess.
Wonder how they coded that. Is there a hidden 'femme fatale susceptibility' counter on units? I hope so.

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
Seduction is supposed to be affected by morale and magic resistance. I don't think indy commanders have morale 11, and they have lower magres than mages, so they should fare worse than mages...

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
The blood druids had Morale 13 (12+1exp), MR15. Weird that Oreiads were 4 for 5 against them if there is a morale or MR check.
I'm too busy at the moment, but maybe it would be good to do an experiment with some trial runs on a custom map. Has anyone done this already? Or can we just beg KO to provide a wee bit of enlightenment.

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
Well, here I go, breaking my promises.
Please please please let me seduce Intor Vadul the Ancient Presence. Oh please. Pretty please!
If I cast Charm (good luck vs. MR18 ) even if it works, he's gonna die fighting the 140 Madragoras in the province, right?

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
I had a success rate of only 1 in 5 with an oreiad vs. blood henge druids when I tried this. Becomes quite expensive use of the oreiad at that rate (though I did get a big armor in the process).

Re: EA Arco and Dark Vines
I think VFB had a very lucky run. My testing with the Oreiads is pretty consistent with what the rest have said. I normally equip them with the knowledge that they are going to be seduction failing assassins. Next time they should use the hot chicks as seductresses imo.
