Re: Game started
No problem about reporting it. I'll tell you that it worked for the next turn.

Re: Game started
I have a question, what's those crown around the map ? Never see something like this before even when i was testing primea. I thunk it's players position first but, there aren't 12 of them.
Anyway, i wish everyone good luck and fun for that first game ( you see Caelum god is nice, remeber that, we're just little birdys, you won't hurt a little bird will ya ? )
Edit : wow ! an other question concerning the validations of turns. I ve just look at the result here, and i was'nt suppose to play my turn, i was planning to do that after lunch. Anyway i just use the commend "save and quit" and i saw that my turn was considering done ( on the internet page for primea game ). Is there a way ( for the next turn, those which need more time, to save our orders and don't validate our turn ? I hope i'm clear enought to be understood.

A 'Save and Exit' is treated the same as an 'End Turn'. In other words, it treats your turn as complete. However, you CAN go back in and make changes to the turn any time before the last person completes it. Right now we're waiting for Ulm, so if you get back in before he finishes you should be able to make some changes.
I am assuming that if you are in and making changes, the game will not host until you finish, even if Ulm signs on and completes his turn while you are 'working' on your corrections.
Ich posted elsewhere that it is best to download the turns and play 'offline'...I am not sure how to do this. Ich, could you give a brief explanation how to do this for us newbies? Or give us a thread where we can look it up?

They're called victory points. I haven't quite figured out how to start a game from the command line without having some of them in the game. If you conquer this province, it will raise the Dominion of your god by one (like temples).

If the last player hands in his turn orders then the server will host, regardless if there are other players connected or not. The server doesn't know you might still be preparing that turn.

Connect to the server, enter your password. Then your client will download the (new) turn file to your computer. When you then can see the server overview with the nation flags, immediately disconnect again. You can then prepare your turns offline via the "Play a local game" menu. When you are finished preparing the turn, connect again and your client will automatically upload the turn file. Do NOT connect again until you are completely done with preparing the turn.

Re: Game started
Hum, I don't receive mails about the whatever other game, but ain't I supposed to receive a mail for every turn for the current game ?
If not, ok, it's fine but else there is something wrong.

Re: Game started
Check your spam folder please. Hotmail is known to block the turn notifications as spam. Whitelist the sending address or whatever is needed to stop it from doing so, and tell the others how you did it - there are some other Hotmail users.

Re: Game started
Hum, if this was the problem, I think that I wouldn't have received the mails about Rhoscrowther... and I did receive the mails about "primea has started". Furthermore my spam folder is empty.
I'll force a "whilelist" anyway to see if it helps.
As for how to do that :
- start msn.
- open your webmail screen.
- click on the "option" button on the top right.
- There is a list of options, the one you want should sound like "senders blocked and authorized" in the spam category.
- click on somthing that sounds like "authorized sender"
- enter the mail adress Ich gave you in the list.
And it's done.
The name will probably be quite different from the ones I gave since my the version of hotmail I use is "hotmail classic" (I don't have the "live" account) and in French. Therefore the "sounds like".
