I had the same problem, I ordered the game and after a month I still hadn´t recieved it, I contacted Shrapnel through the support page and they sent me another copy which I recieved ok.

its obviously the postal workers stealing the game; dirty thieves.

I wouldn't be surprised if half the people on this board were postal workers.
