This will be my first big MP game, played a couple 3 and 4 man games on a LAN, nothing really good though. So I am definitely newb level.

and PLEASE don't forget to put passwords on your pretenders. Hopefully we'll be ready to start within 24 hours....

This is my second D3 game, though the first is still on turn 3. ButI played like 3 24h host games and probably a dozen blitz games of D2, 3-4 years ago.

hmm...well there's 4 other pretenders uploaded other than mine, so I'm pretty sure it's not the server.

are you behind a router or other firewall? i'll take a look at your other thread....

Xavier, it appears as if my copy is a pirated one.

I'll reorder it, but it won't come soon enough for me to be able to play this game. Sorry.

In other news, if you had trouble connecting to the server at all it's fixed now. It went down last night for various reasons I don't feel like getting in to. It shouldn't happen again, but if it does I can swap in a different video card and it really won't happen again.

Don't ask, lol.

done, no troubles.

if anyone had connection trouble in the last 60 seconds or so it's because i took the server down to delete that .2h file

I *probably* could've deleted it with the server still running, but didn't want to chance it....
