				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
Heh. Looks like I chose the wrong ally. ; )
I was afraid Ermor would do something like that! Atlantis, you've done dick-all in our 'war' with Arcosephale. If you don't get off your *** and kick butt this turn, you'll be facing Arcosephale and Ermor alone. *shrug*

Well played, Baalz. I'll be reviewing this turn's battles later, at which point I may have to extend that to MartialDoctor too. ; )

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
I sentence you for the crime of heresyI sentence you for the crime of bringing a war ally in unprovoked aggression against a peaceful neighbor
I sentence you for the crime of being a half man abomination with the audacity to attack a nation of pureblood men

The legion marches with their brothers in Arcoscephale, and the sentence is death. The androgynous frog man in the water knows better than to invite the wrath of the legion, the crucified birds nailed up across the continent would be enough to quail even real men. Look not for salvation from the toad cowering under the waves.

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
I have delayed the game by 24 hours in the hopes that MD can get his turn in. Two stales during a vicious war is...not as fun a victory. ; )
Do we want 72 hours for regular turns? I can change the interval if so...

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
Heh. A confession: this game (as well as King of the Isle) are the very first times I've reached a MP end-game. I must say, I'm glad you're on board, Baalz. I'm learning like six different tricks a turn, fighting you!
Now. Where in hell is that damned fountain going to show up next? ; )

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
Oh, you seem to be doing more than alright yourself. I've got a couple tricks up my sleeve but then I couple them with stunning strategy like sending a bunch of guys to attack Caelum with no lighting resistance. Doh!

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
Oh the humanity! Teleport in a dozen S3 mages with penetration boosters, script the first one to cast light of the northern star, everybody else to spam enslave mind. Drop in on a large group of tartarians....and indeed several of them fail the MR roll. Problem is I neglected to give an astral pearl to the light of the northern sky guy so everybody is spamming paralyze. Instead of getting caught up fighting each other 4 tarts are paralyzed and the rest squish up my mages.

				 Re: Ermor gone AI!
I'm going to have to pick your guys brain after this one. I'm still learning how this game works...
I didn't even know you could teleport guys in like you all did. I mean, I knew there were spells to move armies but I was a bit surprised that Indy moved his ENTIRE army like that :-)

I am really enjoying this, though. Quite an interesting game.
