The word "Malik" means "King" in the absolute sense, and is one of the names of Allah.
Ashdod is a city in Israel, formerly part of the Kingdom of the Philistines.
Melqart is something of a hero/king/demigod, of Tyre, connected by the Greeks to Heraklius (Hercules). Hannibal (the Carthaginean general) was a worshipper of Melqart.
