Unholy bless is listed as fixed for 3.10, but it might've been that that didn't actually work and it only really started working one patch later.

In general, plate armor was -5 def +5 enc before patch.
After patch, plate armor is -3 def +5 enc.

Ulm plate was -5 def +5 enc before patch.
After patch, ulm plate is -3 def +4 enc.

Protection did not change between the patch.
