The Iron Council of Ulm has gathered and has come to a conclusion Mictlan's invasion of Patala is too serious threat to world balance. Therefore it has been decided that NAP between Ulm & Mictlan needs to be cancelled. Ulm will honor the expiration perioid though, just like I said I would do in this kind of situation.

Karlem, I sent you a PM regarding this in case you didn't notice my declaration here.

Mictlan has enough troubles as is, I'm his ALLY as you might have noticed (but bot bordering ulm or patala so offensive wise I can't do much). I think patala and ulm vs mictlan is a nice background fight while I kill you
