I'm inclined to disagree because, despite the pirating, the orders for the DVD were several times more than expected. Now back in 2007 JMS asked the studio to speed up production, but the studio said the guild wouldn't strike. When they did, production was placed on hold and I think it still remains in development hell at the moment.

I was refering to the series "Rangers" (or something like that, maybe it was "Crusader" ). The studio played all the episodes out of order to the point they made no sense.

Legend of the Rangers was a movie he made that was meant to be another spin off, but didn't do very well thus no spin-off.

B5: Crusade was the horrible attempt at a spin-off right after B5 that was random and completely different from everything else that B5 had even set a precident for.

Crusade was 100% network interference. They wanted it dumbed down, sexed up, and cheaper to make.

At least they didn't fire JMS and kept the series going as some horrible relative to Andromeda.

I just remember my buddies telling me that the "powers to be" hosed over the show. I never got a chance to actually see it myself.

Last nights episode of BSG really reached new depths... [img]/threads/images/Graemlins/icon27.gif[/img] I hope when the cylons get to earth they eliminate the writers!!!
