If you're using the Haitian and Dominican OOBs of mine, then the existing picklists will likely cause problems when you play them against the AI.

I'm sorry but I didn't saved both games... I have v.4.0 oobs and I didn't used Haiti/Dominican oobs then. And I used one pre-made Germany map (I forgot it's name) which had no any rivers. I must try to start similar campaign once again and see if it's happen again... I will be back if needed ok?

Hey it still happens! I got only 2 carriers against me during turn 2... 40000 points/side, generated campaign, Green vs. Red 2008-9, no pre-made map. I saved game anyway. Can I attach it here?
