Ulm is not that weak any more, iron blizzard is a very ugly spell, he is cleaning out knights like militia (I almost think that shields dont parry the bolts). They will still lack in the lategame and elephants still eat them, but they are not so weak now.

btw. and LA Ulm is one of the strongest nations in the game, burkhart nachtzehrer alone can kill an entire nation
