Glory (MA game)- game is live

Hi, well this sucks, how about a cut off time say 12 noon sunday? I'm sorry but i've played huge monster board games Wif, war in the pacific, empires at arms, ect... how we deal with people not being available is we appoint a sub to keep the game going. cant we do this? im sure the various players all have war game geeks to fill in for them. but lets set a solid start time and if you miss it without a sub, you get dropped. Bwaha

So you'd rather that everyone around the new AI nation gets a huge advantage throughout the game, rather than just start it a day or three late?

Who cares, the game goes for months and months. I for one can wait for the full roster. Have some patience, Bwaha, this ain't SP!

okay, i'm just chomping at the bit. i so want to play till my eyes bleed this weekend. i'm new to this game and want to ty some ideas.

Hahaha, I can totally relate. By the way, there is also a Dueling Club where you can get in on some blitz games.

Hey all, sorry for the delays, but judging from the replies from chrispedersen and Cadel it's not that bad that we waited with starting the game... And I even got an updated pretender just a few hours ago again, too! *cough*

Bwaha, what you sent me was not a pretender file. Fetch your pretender from the newlords folder. You can create it in Game Tools -> Create Pretender God. As soon as I have your pretender, I can start the game, everything else is set up.

No, it's fine, I was actually trying to distract from the fact that it took me so long to set this game up.

argghh i thought i was ready but i failed. damn it i'm getting pissed off. i sent my pretender oh about four times. i'm not mad at anyone but window vista, it wont talk to gmail so i have to do just keep trying diferent options. i'm so sorry. Bwaha
