As I have posted again and again and Emailed and Emailed and PMed and PMed I want to do Tan no Org is that so hard to understand!

Hey fiction -

As I responded in the forum, and on the game status post -someone had asked for that race before you.

That being said, I have not received a pretender from Bwaha so you either you or he can play the race - just send the pretender file in asap.

is this going to increase the amount of water provinces rlyeh starts in?

We do not have any significantly water nations. No atlantis, oceania, ryllah, ermor. One might consider agartha, I suppose.

Due to the composition, in both of the maps I reduced the chance of water terrain to 8%. This resulted in roughly 26 water terrain on the new map, (from memory).

So water territory will be a reward for the nations that invest in the energy to explore that route. Additionally, if someone had sent in one water nation, I would have been able to accomodate them, fairly.
