My production scale fluctuates wildly from sloth-3 to production-3 (although much of the sloth-3 is manifested in my PhD!). I'm not quite sure what Growth represents. I'm not especially tall. Think I will go with Growth-0.

Maybe you could point out to your supervisor that, as a PhD candidate, a sloth scale will actually improve your research output

I remember running and arguement something like that with my long suffering, now largely, ex-supervisor. He remains unconvinced.
