The SIPRI databases say Greece took delivery of the systems in 1999 (making sense of a 2000 entry into service date). There were apparently a total of 2 systems (though in the SIPRI databases this usually means multiple launchers, fire control radars, etc). The reasoning provided was:
Quote:
$218 m or $420 m deal; originally ordered by Cyprus but after international pressure based in Greece (on Crete) under Greek control and exchanged for 6 Tor (SA-15) SAM systems bought by Greece from Russia for Cyprus

Greece then took delivery of approximately 3 Patriot systems in 1999, and another ~6 between 2002-2004. I assume these are PAC-3 systems, which aren't designated as a MIM-104 variant, or with designation in the US system for guided missiles and rockets at all. There is a separate entry for some 200 MIM-104 PAC-2 missiles (not systems) delivered between 1999-2000.
