Pigpen,

I think you might have found a bug in the RT scenario. Please, ensure you have the latest patch installed. In the meantime, I will check it out.

Make sure your ADA is in a spot with no hilltops, trees, or other obstructions. Helos fly low, so you have to have ADA in a spot with good LOS. Also, make sure it is in range. I think the Stinger missile (weapon for the ADA) only has a range of 6 km.
