Re: FreshMeat - new thread, and game started!
Hey guys. Sorry for not being more responsive. I'm ready to hand things over to grudgebringer. What do I have to do?
I have to admit, things are looking somewhat dire, but maybe you can put all that research to good use. I just can't give the game the attention that it requires right now.

Grrrrrrrrrr, The Great GrudgeBringer is a dangerous foe...
He has nothing to lose and everything to gain by being the Joker in this game.
Be afraid...Be VERY afraid!!!
(that being said) Are all my buddies STILL my buddies agianst the evil empires?
Also, I have never subbed so do I get like a 2 turn moritorium on being attacked or attacking to analyze what I have and what to do?

Arcosephale is almost out of the game, Grudge.

Oh whoops, I'm still admin for this game aren't I? Careless.
If you want me to switch arco to you, GrudgeBringer, just PM me your e-mail address.

Re: FreshMeat - new thread, and game started!
Hello again Grudge :-)
Thought you'd better know that Arco are probably in a no hope position, and if you do take over them you will be at war with Lanka and with Fomoria, again! Which is definitely nothing personal :-)
Actually not sure how much longer Arco will last to be honest, as there are 2 wars in full swing against them, and it'd be a bit too much to ask either Fomoria (myself) or Lanka (anticipatient) to delay their attacks against Arco for 2-3 turns so that a sub could get settled in.

Re: FreshMeat - new thread, and game started!
I can tell you how long Arco will last. Four turns, plus two-there turns siege time, unless there are some mighty big tricks up arcosephalean sleeves.
I want a couple of oreiads . . .
Yeah, I'd be willing to let you get settled in, except that I've spent a good seven turns or more committing the majority of my forces against Arco . . . so they'd just be eating up gold if I let up. Course, you could always bribe me
