Yeah there is a reason for it.
Mostly its waiting for better guidelines and methods of noticing dead games and killing them off. When a game can run for months it wouldnt take long for players playing with this to make any server finally puke. Maybe it could work for pbem but not direct connect games.

That's pretty awesome.
One suggestion though, the options for VPs may be a bit overly limited, at least for larger non-blitz games.
Also, if you added some of the other predesigned maps like Pasha's Alexander and Bering for example, that would be awesome. 8 )

If it ever went online for real then, yes I would be adding quite a few maps. And mod options also since the next patch should have that working completely.

seriously though im really surprised in the lack of interest. this is like the easiest possible way to get a game going.
