Re: LeafNosedBat- EA game for new players
If I told you, then you'd know how best to recast it.
What I will say, it was my second dispel attempt.

Re: LeafNosedBat- EA game for new players
Hello everyone, I'm back. I came this morning, than overslept most of the day and now I am ready to continue. I feel like like it's been an eternity since I left. I can't remember anything about my position other than the nexus being dispelled.
Darkstone, if it was your second attempt than I cast it well. I suspect that you used around 200 gems. I guess you joined gems with Ctis? What worries me is that you seem to have a big astral income yourself (or a very big fire income, but it's the same really) - with empowering your vampire lords and these dispel attempts.
Anyway, if you won't tell me now, just remember the numbers, so you can tell me when the game is over. You can tell me this - in your first attempt did you do it jointly with Carkaton or did you do it by yourself?
I was thinking of setting the timer to Sunday night. Is this OK?

I'm in, so Sunday is fine with me. Whatever Darkstone wants to do.

Thanks for tearing down the walls of Tien Chi capitol for me Darkstone.
Edit: Hmm, it doesn't say that horrors are stormflyers, they shouldn't have gotten to me on turn 1.

Re: LeafNosedBat- EA game for new players
How on earth can you have enough astral gems to first dispel the nexus and then to cast it!? And wouldn't it be more logical if you just used all those gems to overcast it?

Re: LeafNosedBat- EA game for new players
Huh?
I suspect the same way you cast that strong nexus and those wishes... and all those teleporting golems.
As for the overcasting, didn't have enough gems to do that safely.
I hope you didn't expect me to just roll over and die just because you have golems and seraphs, and decided that with the chalice and forge your tarts translate into a win?
