I think that's fixed it Mindi. Changing the title of the first post now has the effect of changing the thread title, and I believe everyone can change the title of the first post if its theirs.

The attachments work fine now.. the titles aren't changing yet though (no idea which one llama was refering too but I can't change the title yet)
