One bug report is all that is required. Two here, and one in the WW2 forum, really is not necessary.

The clue for your problem is reported in the Windows error report (it is not an error message from our game, the crash is in mmswitch.ax).

A simple google on "mmswitch.ax" - the offending module in your crash report - brings up loads of reports of problems with multimedia applications and seems to have something to do with the installation of this thing: http://www.morgan-multimedia.com/mmswitch/. It seems to be some sort of multimedia CODEC.

Solutions:
1) Find whatever application installed this CODEC and remove it. (probably "Morgan multimedia stream switcher", but it may be some software that uses it indirectly?). That should also remove the third-party codecs and restore the Microsoft-standard ones. This will also fix any problems with multimedia in general that this thing seems to cause (see the Google search results for details). Try searching your hard disk for the file - the folder it is in may give you a clue.

2) If you wish to keep the third-party application that uses mmswitch.ax then, as you were directed in the WW2 forum already, switch all sound off in the game and see if that helps.

Switch both sound buttons to off in the preferences menu, as well as turning the mouse interface click option to off in the game launcher programme Misc. tab.

Cheers
Andy
