Just tested with the latest EXE and I can confirm that you will find that smoke will now be re-issued to core troops on both sides after the first battle in PBEM campaigns when the next patch goes out

There was no intention on my part to hurry things along I knew the fix was coming.........IT WAS a lame attempt at humour on my part to introduce what we have tried to work around the "supply shortfall".
