It works now (1.67) I have NO idea when this was fixed, but it does work.

Well now i recall that there are technologies actually using multiple technology prerequestments. The smaller weapons.

Could be exploited to create the PP weapons.

SO back to the big question, will the problem of balancing PPB be presented to MM as more-or-less urgent topic?

People (myself included) have been *****ing about PPB since SE IV came out. Nothing has been changed for almost two years and 10+ patches. I do not see why out of sudden MM will balance PPB.
Anyone wants to bet ?

maybe start a public poll in the forum about the urgency of the matter?

While a poll might indicate that a majority agrees there's a problem, I do not believe any particular solution will be approved of as the "right" fix by a majority.
