That's what I would like to check. In my last try with Japan, this situation occured once and the result was : my TF did not move at all and the Allies raided Home Island (and were defeated, BTW...)

The point is that I'm not 100% sure that I didn't make any mistake in my TF orders (unlikely, of course

but at this point of the game, I was playing my turns pretty fast...)

If it's not my mistake, is it a regular undocumented feature, something probabilistic, or maybe a...
