Turretetd bunker in USSR OOB.

Clubmates S.P.R. do not want new turreted bunker.
It is more important to add other weapon and units in free ten slots.

"Clubmates" have their own OOB and I'm sure the stock one is rarely played. They are free to do or add or not add whatever they like with their custom OOB and I'll do the same with ours


However, many things like this can go into the "red" OOB and bought as "captured" without any trouble at all

Or any other OOB for that matter, for example UN has lot of empty weapons and unit slots and is thus open to such abuse

Who? But anyway, such thigs are usually parts of fixed defences in specific areas, so IMO are more for player manual selection than for the AI.
