Hear me Bokassa, lord of Machaka! Your war with the noble samurai of Jomon brings our people great sadness. Due to your people's thoughtless aggression, we find ourselves forced to dissolve our pact of non-aggression with your empire as of this month. We cannot allow the harm your empire has dealt to go unanswered. Though we personally have no quarrel with your empire, its aggression has thrown nature out of balance.

As of this month, Ulm mobilizes for war. Though it does not please us to take up this task, Machaka's viciousness cannot be allowed to run rampant. In four month's time, if peace between Jomon and Machaka has not been reached our forces will be at war.
