I asked the same quedtion and Cleveland told me the answer was YES.

But it will be a complete restart, new positions (RE-Ramdomized) ect. In effect a brand new game but we just don't have time invested in it.

For me its good for one reason and bad for another so its a wash.

I am happy for the restart. I wouldn't mind to have at least one forested province in the neighbourhood and not just hilly terrain; I mean, who ever heard of the Pan who sat on this unforested hill playing the flute???
