It's completely un-serious tv, of a type the US is no longer capable of, because the humour gene is dying out.

has replaced "slapstick,"

not much difference between them, execpt that at least WE KNEW

The only Moe I know of is the Moe in The Simpsons.

Last week I was wathcing looking after my 4 year old Nephew and we were watching the episode of the Simpsons where someone shoots Mr Burns. I told my Nephew that we had to guess who shoots him and as each person was portrayed in such a light as to make them a future suspect he would cry out that they were the one. The he started shouting

"him, the coffee man!"
"What coffee man?"
"The man who runs the coffee shop where Homer goes to drink"
"huh?"
"Him, him!"(pointing at Moe)
"oh. Yeah, that's right Homer drinks a lot of coffee"
