				 B5 - a question of sorts
I've been trying to find a way to duplicate the Defense grid/interceptor network used in Babylon 5, but I'm unsure how to do so.
It intercepts fighters, missiles, and even incoming energy pulses, and seems to have a way to minimize the effects of some beam weapons.

I'm open to ideas and/or suggestions on how to make this work out viably in SE4 |

				 Re: B5 - a question of sorts
There's been a suggestion that we could do with some new and improved B5 shipsets, for the upcoming Mega Mod, such as Earth Alliance and Minbari. Centauri and Drazi are being looked at by BK as we speak (we are speaking right?). So it was suggested that the talented and knowledgeable (did I miss anything?) AT be asked to do this work given his afore mentioned talent (crawl crawl). However, he might want to see some interest in this project before spending time on it.
So if you agree PLEASE speak up! |

Do we really need the drama fest again? We go through this every bloody time. Yes, there are people still playing the game. Yes, there are people that will appreciate the work. |

And yes, Fyron will sidetrack a thread with his personal gripes...

 Again...

Oddly enough, there actually wasn't any drama here, At least not until you showed up, Fyron.

Just some folks hoping to stir up some renewed interest in something for SE4 that you apparently don't wish anyone too.

				 Re: B5 - a question of sorts
I came here to read about B5 questions and find, yet another, Fyron comment post. When will it all end?
I have not had SE4 on my computer for over a year. I have the last installed version backed up on DVD. I had plenty of ideas I was working on saved within the files. Had SE5 on for about one day. Works as well as Vista! Vista and SE5 probably go well together? |

Sadly I doubt it ever will, though I hope we can stay on topic here despite it.

Having some trouble finding Drazi ships designs to reference. Anybody know a good place to find some?

 | Do a search in google, and/or google images. There are a few B5 fan sites. Many with a bent towards games ( B5 Wars, VBAM B5, etc). You should either find a reference/tech site, or a site with minatures or something you can look at. |

				 Re: B5 - a question of sorts
Thanx, and I've done that already. There just doesn't seen to be much more than many versions of the same thing. Although I'd hoped that someone may know of a site I haven't seen, I think I may have to extrapolate based on existing designs. |
