Not really. You can ram them against a building and they will demolish it and get stuck (nearly always, especially if stone buildings) in the ruins. They behave exactly like every other vehicle in this regard. Game wise it does not make any difference if it is a pick up or a D9.

Hum... so i must be lucky, i don't usually have my dozers stuck in buildings, i think its easier to get immobile on stone, wood is rather fragile
