Huh? Usually the understanding is that you don't have to resubmit a turn on a roll back.

Also, I'm not sure I understand....

Turn 28 Ryall stales, asks for mulligan
Rolled back to 27.
Turn 28? (I never received this!)

Is this where we are at now?
