I had a scout watching the whole thing, for many turns - the Vanishag fought hard and honorably, to the bitter end. While it seems a bit odd to have a (now) former player sub, especially for the guy who beat him, I think the Vanishag can be trusted to play fair while majuva68 is absent. Especially considering how hard it is to get a reliable sub for most games, I have no problem with this.

Baalz will be sub'ing for Hoo (Marverni) from Aug 8-15 and I am fine with Vanishag sub'ing for Niefelheim if all his neighbors/opponents are fine with it.

If majuva has asked Vanishag then clearly he thinks him honorable and skilled. He probably also understands the Nifleheim position better than other subs would.

I have no problem with it.

Uh oh. Hoo left me fairly detailed instructions on what to do with Marverni for him....but forgot to mention that there's a password on the nation. So unless he checks his forum messages while he's out of town unfortunately it looks like Marverni will be staling for the next few turns.

I am going to Gen Con for the first time and will not be available from August 12 to August 16. I am playing Acro. I don't want to delay the entire game just because of my not being available, but it does sound as if others may also not be available for some of that time. If a delay is not possible, I am wondering if someone would be willing to sub for my position, just play defensively, and I would ask forbearance from my neighbors.

Need a very small extension of maybe 2 to 3 hours. mostly because i thought the game was going to be extended :P

Ok I as I mentioned previously I am going to Gen Con and won't be able to make a move until I get back Sunday night. I can make this move but not the next. If the game cannot be delayed, can someone do the turn for me (I am Acro)?

All I would ask is to play defensively and reinforce the borders and build troops in the capital.
