Well apparantly not it seems since it appears Niefelheim are now AI this turn. Guess the work I did looking for a sub was a waste of time then. Thanks.

To be honest, I'm not sure you would have found a sub. I'm pretty sure nief is in really bad shape. I don't think he even has a bless worth speaking of beyond N4. All their expansion was with skin shifters, and I haven't seen a single one of the traditional big guys, or a horde of thug commanders.
