Lost my reply.
In short, I had 450 total astral income (all gems converted) and was going to overcast nexus and then forge with 20% constr site. Perhaps it was too late already, don't know. Anyway it was interesting game. My first lategame experience on such scale. Many mistakes, many new ideas.

OK, than.
I'll declare the game over.

I had about 2000 gems stockpilled which I had no idea how to spend other than to keep them for alchemising for wish.

It was a very interesting game. I made several very stupid mistakes, worst was the fact that I kept low for too long in fear of being ganged upon even when there was little who left to attack me, and didn't notice how big you grew, which could have cost me my game.

I had a very fast start, with taking a load of provinces and than switching to research. I think I finished research at about turn 50, got to const 8 first and made most of the artifacts.

That and the fact that Jotunheim and I agreed not to fight each other with being the two biggest nation let me focus on a single front to defend if needed which made my game.

All in all you're a very nasty opponent, and I hope not to fight you again for a while at least. Good game.

Learned a few new tricks myself, but still to learn how to kill those golems of yours, never could find a reasonably cheap solution.

Oh, and I like the fact that C'tis from all ages were the best in the game even with Mictlan, Ermor, Pythium, Nief and other top nations. GO CTIS!
