PBEM Campaign
Me Greece, February 2009 start, end perhaps 2010, up to you. Max size map, 30,000 points. say 10 battles. I can do at least 1 turn per day but I am willing to play in a different frequency. You can take any country you want, I don't mind.
Mines OFF, animation ON, Fast Artillery OFF.
Reply here or pm me or email me, up to you.
I am a bit experienced so if you are new to this game it might not be a good idea to play with me, unless you are gifted or something.
I am not being cocky, just want to be fair.

Re: PBEM Campaign
What version of MBT are you playing? I just got the CD version, but haven't tested it out much yet. That doesn't mean I am a rookie with the game. I've got PBEM experience out at the Blitz ladder. If you are still interested in a campaign, let me know.

Re: PBEM Campaign
Latest CD version, all patches installed. Shall we say save game slot number 10?
Just let me know the side you want and I will set it up. Shall we start at March 2009 and end a year later? 10 battles?
What about off map artillery? I don't care either way.
Oh, no arti fire first round, correct?

Re: PBEM Campaign
I would add a limit on the amount of artillery used. Something like 10-15% of total force points used and let's keep artillery onboard. This will permit everything in play to be destroyed.
What about fixed wing aircraft? Permitted or not? If permimtted, limit on formations or set to default and let random chance come into play?
Last thing is just trying to keep the forces somewhat realistic. This is a very subjective area, but no massive sniper forces or other strange organizations.
If all that makes sense, let me know and I'll let you know who I will take against your Greek phalanx. I figure that will be important because it will let you know what you are up against and it also has some effect on the combat terrain.

Re: PBEM Campaign
Sure, limit on the artillery sounds fine with me. I never like to use artillery that much and I rarely even approach the 10-15% limit you mentioned.
Fixed wing aircraft, sure they are permitted, can't think of a reason not to. As for limit on formations, at default and let chance have it's day.
Well, I was in the navy so I don't know exactly the ratio of forces, but I believe I keep it well within realistic numbers. So, no problem there too.
Ready and awaiting your comm.

Still looking for more campaign games.
32K points, same rules as above, plus no reload for CM artillery. If you are interested let me know.

Re: PBEM Campaign
Oh, btw, I am also willing to take France if for some reason you insist on me not taking Greece.
