Now, how would JK & KO add that special "Dominions" flavor to an MMORPG? Blood slaves? Bog beasts? Random barbarian attacks? Bogus & Friends?

Ooh, there's an idea: a (non-MMO) CRPG where the player controls Bogus' adventuring party as they go about liberating blood slaves and overthrowing oppressive local rulers, etc.
