Follow it up with a scan by spybot (search key word: spy bot search destroy. Merlin is the home thereof.

Both of these programs can run in safe mode.

These will take care of your problems.

Ok.. I'm getting up to speed on the game ASAP. Would people be willing to bring me up to speed on their relationships with Sauromatia?

Also, how long have globals been up? Have the ER's known to be out in force?

Is anyone playing tag with Yomi? Would you like to? I understand Yomi has quite a few of my lands?
