I'm the administrtor of the game and the person to be contacted, if you are so kind to help us out. Just wanted to add some issues of Pangaea. It is pretty much done, but still has some raiders and considerable (for a dead nation) territory. So making a turn wouldn't require much time, it is just raiding, causing unrest, and increasing taxes. The things AI can't do, but really hurt the opponent. So please, could someone sacrifice 5 minutes of his time with hosting interval of 48 hours to keep the AI-free record this game has so far alive.
