Province #81 seems to be missing its Forest tag.

I made it even more fixed by making it work on case-sensitive filesystems and changing the singular lake to a no start.

Hi.
I really like this map. Thanks so much for taking your time in doing such a good job.

But it seems there is a little bug with connection between provinces #114 and #1. They seemed to be connected on map but they are not.

Should 25-20 and 23-19 be connections?

The map in 26 does not have them.

This version has 1-114, 19-23 and 20-25 all connected.
