We've been fighting for a dozen turns already. I doubt anything would have changed even if Oceania didn't cast NB. After all, there are still several small easy to take nations around.

You people have checked the army graphs lately, have you? Oceania is getting 24731 income this turn, and he has the biggest army backed up by mass regen + mass prot + relief + whatnot. Just to point out some numbers here.

Nice. Astral Corruption... haven't seen that in a while. Probably because it is banned in almost every civilized game. I do see though, that it was not banned here.
