I'm pretty sure Krec (hinnom) is out of the game he staled at least the last 4 turns without explanation - and also in Multiera Mithril Might he has staled the same amount too

Theres not much point in getting a sub as he has one province and a small army that I've cornered in it, I was going to let it sit there and have his soldiers desert due to lack of gold (11gp per turn) rather then waste troops but its getting irritating waiting for the same player when everyone else has submitted way before the timer, therefore I am going to end Hinnoms game next turn.
So what I am asking is now that everyone else has submitted can we host the turn now? Rather then wait another 24hrs?
