I would Fire Some smoke at the enemy lines, followed by HE shelling, as my men charge, DON'T stop to kill routed enemy, use your follow up forces to kill those, if you had more time, i would attack part of the enemy's defenses with a platoon and a tank, to hopefuly draw some of the enemy, then kill them as they move, using tube, rotary and fixed wing support all at once, at all parts of the enemy's fortifications, and then going all in with all you got.

EDIT: do you have enough forces to strike from 3 different directions?(top-down-left) you can also fly a helo loaded with scouts around the enemy and drop in their rear, causing confusion as they go for your small force, you can advance freely.
